Opportunity Name:
Register: Loudoun Trail Ranger

Description:

If you are a regular user of trails in Loudoun County the Ranger program is for you! Rangers are trail enthusiast who visit Loudoun County Parks and Trails and can offer insight on their condition. There is no required skill level for this opportunity and we will provide training on how to best monitor trails if interested.

When you sign up, you will touch base with the Trails Program Coordinator and keep them updated with the area/s of your choosing to monitor at your own pace. This is an ongoing relationship with Loudoun's Trail team so that PRCS can in the know and hear your trail needs.

Have you heard of Loudoun's Linear Parks and Trail System or LPAT? LPAT is a plan to create a system of open space corridors and trails to highlight Loudoun's unique history and wildlife, while connecting communities and different recreational users. We are maintaining and building new stretches of earthen trails and we need your help!
